BEGINNER’S COURSE ENROLMENT FORM

Online classes will be conducted via Zoom in a one-on-one mentorship style format.

Cost: A deposit of $180 is to be paid at the time of enrolment to secure your place. The deposit will go towards the first 3 classes.

Subsequent payments are to be paid prior to the commencement of each monthly class.

 Once the enrolment form is complete and the deposit is paid, I will be in contact to organise a suitable class time and date with you.

Upon completion of the Beginner’s Course, the student can choose to sit an examination to receive a Certificate of Completion (additional examination fee will apply)

Once the form has been completed, I will contact you by email to confirm your registration.
